		<description>Reading &quot;Irrationality&quot; from Stuart Sutherland has shattered my confidence in interviews as a hiring tool. According to him dozens of studies have shown that the judgements of different interviewers do not agree with one another and they bear no relationship to the suitability of applicants for a job.

He also shows that somebody who is interviewed right after a very weak/very strong competitor has a significant advantage/disadvantage.
